4 Popular Ways to Pair Bridal and Bridesmaid Bouquets

Your bouquet and bridal party flowers are more than just something to keep everyone’s hands busy while they walk down the aisle – they’re details that help tie all of your design and décor together. In today’s styled shoot, we teamed up with Floral Magic to show you 4 popular and on-trend ways to match your bridal and bridesmaid bouquets.

Our thanks to The Wedding Stylist, Chen Sands Photography, Simplemotion, Love, Yu, Keren Wolf, The Make Up Room, Villa Samadhi Singapore, and Basic Models Management for creating these beautiful images with us, and Refresh Flowers SG for donating all the flowers to Assisi Hospice.

1. Pastel pink, peach and white
Bride: Show-stopping peonies paired with soft textures of sweet pea, matthiola, astilbe and dusty miller.
Bridesmaids: Cloud-like posies of gypsophillia, spray roses, astilbe and matthiola.

2. Moody and bohemian
Bride: Wispy smoke bush and nude quicksand roses against rich, bold, bronze and browns.
Bridesmaids: “Everlasting” bouquets with materials that can be preserved and dried – cotton, wheat, mini pineapple, black mountain, eucalyptus and olive.

3. Light and bright
Bride: Springy, fresh, airy and light feel. Iris, daisies, champagne lisianthus and a sprinkling of yellow oncidium orchids.
Bridesmaids: Matching posies.

4. Green and gold (budget-friendly)
Bride: Local ferns, olive and eucalyptus in varying shades of green. A softer texture added with wedding fern, an accent of gold with spray painted leaves.
Bridesmaids: Same leaves en masse style with olive leaves, finished in gold ribbons.

TWS Tip: For brides who want voluminous bouquets but with a slightly friendlier price tag, think about having a bouquet made up entirely of foliage.

As part of The Wedding Scoop's movement to encourage wedding couples and vendors to include socially-conscious elements in their weddings, all the flowers used in our shoot were donated to Assisi Hospice, a hospice that provides palliative care for adults and children with life-limiting illnesses. A very big 'Thank You!' to Linnette of Floral Magic and social initiative Refresh Flowers SG for adding cheer to the less fortunate through what they do - and repurposing these fresh flowers for us!

We would like to sincerely thank our dedicated team of vendors who collaborated with us on this styled shoot. Sharing your creativity with our community is a joy and privilege!
