A word from Jo of Floral Magic

"For a wedding that is glam, cute, and cheery, think Kate Spade. Execute it in fail-safe black, white, gold and pink for best effect."

Styling tips

- Try a printed or pattern dress on yourself or your bridesmaids! This look best embodies Kate Spade.

- Go for thick, blocky stripes instead of wispy thin ones like seersucker, which may result in the moiré effect in your wedding photos. You wouldn't want that!

- Use gold in a warm, rosy hue instead of yellow gold, for a glamourous, modern feel.

- Because the patterns you use for this are already very striking on their own, keep all other textures to a minimum. For example, avoid soft and wispy florals and choose no more than 2-3 flower types that have full blooms for your bridal bouquet.

{What is a wedding moodboard and why use one?}
A wedding mood board is a way to visually communicate how you envision your wedding to look or feel. It should give a sense of your wedding's overall style and mood. It may not show you the the exact items you will have on your special day (this can be worked on later in your planning) but is used to share your vision with wedding vendors who can help bring your ideas to life.
