1. Amara Sanctuary Resort
Located on Sentosa Island, Amara Sanctuary Resort’s Grand Ballroom is within a two-storey glass building, and has a pillarless, six-metre-high layout. Equal parts classic and elegant in style, the ballroom can comfortably fit up to 450 guests. Wedding packages for weekdays start at SGD$1,188++, while those on weekends start at $1,488++ (with a required minimum of 25 or 30 tables respectively), and includes complimentary gantry passes into Sentosa, wedding favours, and an eight-course Chinese banquet menu.
2. Andaz Singapore
Recommended by wedding planners for being one of the few hotel ballrooms blessed with natural lighting, Andaz Hotel’s expansive ballroom, The Glasshouse, features floor-to-ceiling glass windows and caters for up to 280 guests. Their personalised wedding packages – prices start at SGD$1,628 for lunch and SGD$1,968 for dinner – come with complimentary items like floral arrangements, a cake bar, wedding invites and more.
3. Capella Singapore
The luxurious Capella Singapore on Sentosa Island doesn’t just exude a quaint, colonial vibe; it’s also home to the Grand Ballroom, an elegant circular space that has a skylight feature and a glass sculpture created by San Francisco-based artist Nikolas Weinstein. The best part? Up to 400 guests can be accommodated here, and wedding packages start at SGD$1,888 per table.
4. Conrad Centennial Singapore
Dotted with chandeliers and with a majestic marble staircase as its entrance, the pillarless Grand Ballroom at the Conrad Centennial Singapore will be a great location for a grand wedding celebration (it holds up to 408 guests banquet-style). The Pavilion, meanwhile, is a glass-enclosed space dubbed the Junior Ballroom that oozes elegance, and is good for up to 140 guests. 6. Four Seasons Hotel Singapore
Boasting handmade glass chandeliers, wood-framed panelling and large windows that allow natural light in, the Four Seasons ballroom exudes timeless warmth, and seats 320 guests comfortably in a banquet-style setting. While The Clifford Pier at the Fullerton Bay Hotel is not your standard ballroom setting, wedding planners say it’s “one of the most beautiful and historic venues to hold a celebration in”. While it has an open layout, the space holds up to 600 guests, and its grand arched ceilings make for many photo-worthy opportunities. Wedding packages start at SGD$268 per person for a five-course Western menu, six-course plated Chinese menu or international buffet menu as well as additional perks of your choice, like 25 bottles of complimentary house red or white wines and a one-night stay at the hotel’s Deluxe room.

The Grand Ballroom offers customisable lighting options and a large digital projection wall, and fits up to 360 guests seated banquet-style. Amongst their most popular wedding packages: an eight-course Chinese banquet dinner starting at SGD$1,538, and a dinner buffet menu starting at SGD$153.80 per person. While it’s not a ballroom per se, the hotel’s Grand Marquee is a large outdoor tentage that’s fully airconditioned and features beautifully crafted crystal chandeliers and luxe drapings to boot. If you prefer a conventional setting, there’s also the Legends Ballroom, which holds up to 460 people. If you’re planning to have a Chinese banquet or international cuisine at your wedding, both venues start at SGD$1,038++ per table of 10 persons for lunch and SGD$1,008++ per table of 10 persons for a dinner, subject to a minimum of 25 tables.
