Our wonderful fashion contributor, Emily from Paper Tiger Press, wrote a very useful article last year about how to choose bridesmaid dresses. We thought we'd follow this up with a feature about our favourite fashion trends to help you envision what you would like your bridesmaids to wear at your wedding and look absolutely amazing alongside you in photos!
1. New neutrals
Choose dresses in the softest of shades - everything from pale blush to smokey grey.

5. Radiant Orchid
Pantone's colour of the year 2014 is certainly exerting its influence on weddings with shades of purple taking centre stage at celebrations.

6. Mismatched
There are many ways to make mismatched bridesmaid dresses work but one key thing to remember is to have some element of consistency among the outfits. We particularly love how these bridesmaids wear different dresses but are able to keep it cohesive by being in the same colour family.

8. Sparkle and shine
Sequins and other glittery embellishments will certainly help your favourite ladies shine on your special night! Dresses with a bit of sparkle are also perfectly suited for a Great Gatsy/1920s/Art Deco theme if you are looking to inject some vintage glamour into your wedding.
